This policy explains what RinaChat collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and authentication details.
• Content: characters you create, chat messages and media you generate.
• Billing records: purchased packages, amounts and payment status (never card or wallet credentials).
• Technical data: cookies needed for sign-in and the age confirmation, and basic server logs.

How we use it

To operate the Service, generate AI responses and images, moderate content, process payments, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We use trusted providers for hosting and database (Supabase), AI text generation (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to), image generation (Fal.ai) and payments (NOWPayments). They process data only as needed to provide their services.

Privacy of your content

Chats and generated media are private to your account. Media becomes visible to other members only if you choose to share it to the All Gallery, and you can unshare or delete it at any time.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your characters, chats and media.
