Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RinaChat (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — adults only

The Service contains AI-generated content of an adult nature. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access it. Do not use the Service where such content is unlawful.

2. AI-generated, fictional content

All characters, conversations and images are generated by artificial intelligence. They are fictional and do not depict real people. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; do not rely on it for advice of any kind.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not create, request or share content that:

  • depicts, describes or implies minors, or anyone appearing under 18, in any sexual or suggestive context;
  • depicts real, identifiable people (including celebrities) without consent;
  • involves non-consensual sexual activity, bestiality, incest, or extreme violence;
  • is illegal, promotes self-harm, terrorism or hatred, or infringes intellectual property;
  • attempts to bypass safety filters, abuse the token system or attack the Service.

We automatically filter prohibited content, review all user-created characters before they are published, and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Content involving minors will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. User-created characters

You keep ownership of characters you create, and grant us a license to host, display and use them to operate the Service. Submitted characters remain private until approved by a moderator; we may reject or remove any character at our discretion.

5. Tokens and payments

Features such as chat messages, image generation and gallery access consume tokens. Tokens are a limited, non-transferable license with no cash value. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Except where required by law, purchases are final and spent tokens are non-refundable. Tokens charged for a generation that fails are returned automatically.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused tokens on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
